Terms and Conditions of Service and Cancellation Policy

EHS is providing a room accommodation reservation and booking service to you and your company. EHS provides such competitive room rates and  service pricing due to its ability to reserve, hold and pre-pay for rooms for its clients at the time of reservation. Thus, it is agreed that your Credit Card  provided will be charged in full for receiving services from EHS for setting up, negotiating, arranging, confirming and providing the ability for you to receive  pre-paid room accommodation reservations. With the remaining balance charged immediately after the agreed up on room accommodation requested by  you has been confirmed. EHS reserves the right to refund any charges through company check sent via US Mail directly to you.  Changes & Cancellations : Any modifications must be submitted via email, Modifications in the names, dates, number of rooms can be made up to 10 days  prior to the check-in date without any extra fees.  In order to change your room accommodation reservations or your room bookings, call +1 800 372 5149 or email reservations@elitehousingservice.com .  while there is no guarantee that EHS will be able to accommodate the requested changes, EHS will take every effort to adjust, change and seek our  customer's utmost satisfaction.  EHS understands that sometimes plans change. However, as mentioned, EHS is able to offer such competitive pricing due to its ability to reserve, hold and  pre-pay for rooms for its clients at the time of reservation. Thus, changes made after final accommodation is agreed upon, but prior to 7 days before check  in will not be assessed a fee. Any reductions due for changes or cancellations you will receive a full refund.  Changes made after 7 days prior to check in will be subject to a 1 night room and tax penalty plus any fees costs and taxes charged by the hotel. EHS  accepts no change requests after 72 hours prior to check-in. EHS offers no credit for early check-outs or no-shows. The law governing this Authorization,  Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy is the law of the State of New Jersey. The Forum for any and all disputes between EHS and you or your  company is in MONROE, NJ  **Disclaimer –Taxes and hotel service fees will be added to your final bill. All monies will be billed in U.S. Dollars ($)
